Friends & Family HVAC, based in Canyon Lake, California, seeks an HVAC Comfort Advisor – In-Home Sales to guide homeowners in selecting heating and cooling solutions. This full-time, field-based role involves on-site consultations, needs assessment, and detailed proposals to meet customer budgets and comfort goals.

The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge, strong communication, and proven ability to close sales.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated knowledge of residential HVAC systems, products, and replacement solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to homeowners.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate estimates and professional sales proposals.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer appointments efficiently.
• Dependability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable company vehicle driving requirements.
• Ability to travel throughout Riverside County and surrounding assigned service areas.
• California CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration when required for assigned duties.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective customers to understand heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs.
• Identify customer preferences, concerns, and budget considerations.
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships through professionalism, honesty, and exceptional service.
• Educate homeowners on available HVAC products, services, and replacement options.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems to identify performance concerns, inefficiencies, and replacement opportunities.
• Assess customer comfort goals and system requirements.
• Develop customized HVAC system recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment sizing, system efficiency, installation considerations, and applicable industry standards.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure proposed systems meet project requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates for equipment, installation, and services.
• Create professional proposals outlining specifications, energy-efficiency ratings, pricing, and options.
• Explain system benefits, warranties, and financing options.
