Job summary

The role guides customers from consultation through proposal, financing, and installation handoff.
You will educate customers on equipment options, warranties, and maintenance, while maintaining detailed records and a strong sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional sales and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to explain technical information to customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and light commercial customers to evaluate HVAC needs and comfort concerns.
- Present multiple equipment options and prepare accurate written proposals.
- Obtain signatures, deposits, and financing approvals.
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams for handoff.
- Maintain documentation in ServiceTitan and ensure accurate records.
