ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative (Comfort Advisor) to meet homeowners, evaluate their systems, and present customized replacement solutions. You will assess needs, price scopes, and provide financing options during consultations.

Successful candidates have prior in-home sales experience or one-call close exposure, and HVAC knowledge is helpful. A valid driver’s license and background check are required, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling systems and present replacement solutions.
• Assess HVAC replacement needs during scheduled appointments.
• Inspect existing equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for upgrades and financing options.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment and deliver a professional customer experience.
• Coordinate with installation teams for a smooth handoff.
