Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
• In-home sales experience preferable.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Strong decision-making abilities and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers to discuss HVAC needs and preferences.
• Conduct in-home evaluations to assess current systems and opportunities for improvement.
• Explain features and benefits of various HVAC products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC products, trends and regulatory requirements.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, sales activities and follow-ups in CRM.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
