Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Comfort Advisor to assess homeowner needs and develop HVAC replacement proposals. You will secure sales, process orders, and collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of in-home sales experience required.
• Prior success in HVAC industry preferred.
• Experience with in-home service agreement estimating and sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pre-qualify, and call on contract and non-contract customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.
• Prepare estimates for contracts and proposals.
• Follow-up on sales leads and lists, both self-generated and via other sources.
• Manage multiple opportunities focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment.
• Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements with new and existing customers.
• Maintain a closing ratio of 70%+ on generated leads and 50%+ on marketed leads.
• Always be accessible by phone.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and credibility.
• Recommend solutions linking customer objectives to value and competitive advantage.
• Negotiate value and address resistance to close the sale.
• Develop, write, and present proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
