Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Climate Control Services. You will rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and heaters within a defined territory, focusing on commercial customers, contractors, and event companies.

You will also cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones, coordinating with other divisions to provide turnkey solutions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC, 2+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry, plus relevant sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume sales and develop new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; operating within a Defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Rent and sell portable HVAC equipment (air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, portable heaters) within assigned territory.
• Cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones to maximize penetration.
• Collaborate with General Tool and other divisions to provide turnkey solutions.
• Coordinate with sales reps and managers to drive growth across customers and events.
