Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in HVAC & Commercial to rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and heaters within the assigned territory. You’ll grow a mixed customer base of commercial clients, contractors, and event companies, while coordinating with other divisions for turnkey solutions.

The role emphasizes account development, solution selling, and high-volume sales in a fast-growing national company with extensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance.
• Project management, new business development and customer retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and rent portable HVAC equipment and related products within assigned territory.
• Cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones. Coordinate with other divisions for turnkey solutions.
• Collaborate with sales reps and managers to maximize penetration in new and existing customers.
