Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals Climate Control Service is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to rent and sell portable climate control solutions within an assigned territory. The role requires building relationships with commercial customers, event companies, and contractors while coordinating with other divisions for turnkey Sunbelt solutions.

You will leverage a strong sales background to develop new accounts and expand existing ones, working with regional sales teams to maximize market penetration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
• 2+ years direct sales experience.
• Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance.
• Project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Sales track record in solution‑selling approach.
• High volume sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Renting and selling our diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within assigned territory.
• Cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones, collaborating with other divisions for turnkey solutions.
• Work with Sales Reps and Managers to maximize penetration within customer base.
