Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Climate Control Services to rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and heaters across a defined territory. You will grow accounts, develop new business, and collaborate with multiple divisions to deliver turnkey solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of direct sales, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Current/valid driver’s license in good standing and proof of auto insurance.
• Project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Sales track record in solution-selling approach and high volume sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Rent and sell our climate control equipment within an assigned territory.
• Cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones across commercial, contractor and event customer bases.
• Collaborate with General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions for turnkey solutions.
• Work with Sales Reps and Managers to maximize market penetration across customer base.
