Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Houston is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for HVAC & Commercial solutions. You will rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters to a mix of commercial clients, contractors and event companies, expanding our regional coverage.

You will develop existing accounts and pursue new business, working closely with the General Tool Division and other specialties to deliver turnkey equipment and service, while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC.
2+ years of direct sales experience.
Current/valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
Project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
High volume sales experience.

Responsibilities

Rent and sell portable HVAC equipment to assigned territory.
Develop and cultivate existing accounts and create new ones.
Collaborate with other divisions to provide turnkey solutions.
Work with Sales Reps and Managers to maximize penetration.
Manage customer relationships and meet sales targets.
