Job summary

MAA Cedar Park is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair on apartment homes and property facilities. You will diagnose and fix HVAC units, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and locks while following a preventative maintenance schedule and updating residents after repairs.

The role requires 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance, EPA Type II/Universal certification (or obtain within 90 days), and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required at hire or within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs to keep apartments and facilities in good working order.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
• Follow a preventative maintenance schedule and update residents after repairs.
