Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Maryland Stationary Engineer 3rd Grade License and Section 608 Certification required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot boiler room equipment including pumps, boilers and chillers.
• Receive and respond to work orders for building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Inspect buildings' heating, plumbing and electrical systems for proper operation.
• Order parts and track work orders in the system.
• Assist with safety and compliance measures.
