Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4–5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems; keep facilities up to standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for handling hazardous materials and maintain a safe workplace.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design capabilities and client environmental conditions.
• Apply principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
