Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of job-related experience or combination of experience and education.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, service and maintain control systems for HVAC equipment and calibration instruments.
• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment for code compliance and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best modification approaches.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across multiple disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within teams.
