Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 5-8 years of related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical/plumbing/structural and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Lead outside contractors and inspect their work.
• Advise preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Review inspections of building systems for operation and environmental conditions.
• Mentor others and drive innovative CBRE solutions.
