Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Account Representative to grow and retain a portfolio of customer accounts by selling service agreements, repairs, retrofits, and building performance solutions. You will work with facility, engineering, operations, procurement and business leaders to improve performance and deliver value.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of sales or account management experience, knowledge of BAS or HVAC controls, and strong communication skills to drive customer success and

Qualifications

• Progressive sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience selling or supporting Building Automation Systems (BAS) or related smart building technologies.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings, repairs, and retrofit solutions to building owners and owner representatives.
• Position multi-year service agreements as the foundation of long-term partnerships.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities consistently.
• Develop relationships with facility, operations, engineering, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to review priorities and performance, uncover opportunities.
