Job summary

Gemaire Distributors is seeking a Branch Sales Representative reporting to the Regional Manager to grow sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list, leveraging technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships. This role involves maximizing sales potential, maintaining customer profiles, identifying growth opportunities, mentoring sales staff, and using Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience preferred.
• Driver’s License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License with a clean record for past 3 years.
• HVAC industry knowledge needed.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Energetic and motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new branch target accounts.
• Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for account engagement.
• Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
• Provide input to Product Management on products to stock and levels needed.
• Document customer interactions and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers.
• Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
• Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
• Recruit regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
• Travel occasionally for training, meetings, or other work-related activities.
• Account for all other duties as assigned.
