Job summary

Gemaire Distributors in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Branch Sales Representative to expand our product offerings with assigned accounts. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of demonstrated sales experience preferred.
• Driver’s License with clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Energetic and motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous environment.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and teamwork.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Sales Potential: Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Customer Profiles: Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new branch target accounts.
• Support Sales Associates: Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Promotions: Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
• Account Reviews: Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
• Product Management: Provide input to Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
• Document customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and uphold strong CRM hygiene to ensure accurate, reliable data in Salesforce.
• Mentorship: Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Technology Utilization: Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
• Continued Learning: Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
• Recruiting: Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
• This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared to travel, with advance notice provided whenever possible or as it relates to their specific role.
