Job summary

Gemaire Distributors is seeking a Branch Sales Representative to grow sales across an assigned account list, using technology to understand market needs and build relationships. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with Branch Sales Associates to pursue opportunities and improve the sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes customer service, account profiling, and leveraging promotions. Travel for training and meetings may be required, with advance notice where possible.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience preferred.
• Driver’s license with clean record for at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Energetic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Proactive and resourceful in autonomous work environment.
• Detail- and team-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales potential by developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts.
• Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions to boost engagement.
• Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
• Provide input to Product Management on stocked products.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate Salesforce data.
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Deliver superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Learn and utilize internal technology offerings; pursue ongoing training.
