Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the maintenance, service, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment. You will oversee safety, labor productivity, inventory, and customer satisfaction while directing 4–10 employees.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, HVAC knowledge, and P&L management experience. Travel in the local market and NATE/EPA certifications are valued; competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education is required.
• NATE certification is required within first full year.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets reports, blueprints and proposals.
• Directs 4–10 employees; trains, hires, and evaluates staff.
• Monitors safety, labor productivity, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Recommends improvements to production methods and equipment performance.
• Ensures on-time arrival and adherence to schedules.
