Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the maintenance, service, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment. You will lead a team, ensure safety, manage inventory and drive customer satisfaction across multiple branches.

Qualified candidates have an AA degree or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong leadership with P&L experience. Travel in the local market and occasional overnight trips are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• P&L Management Experience with successful track record preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market on a regular basis; occasional overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes, and interprets reports, blueprints, and proposals related to HVAC projects.
• Directs employees engaged in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and reports incidents.
• Maintains production records and evaluates productivity against goals.
• Recommends improvements to production methods and equipment performance.
• Interviews, hires, and trains staff; plans and assigns work.
