Job summary

Lennox National Account Services is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead maintenance, service, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment. You will oversee 4–10 technicians, manage safety, productivity, inventory, and customer satisfaction, while aligning with company policies and growth goals.

Ideal candidates have an AA degree or equivalent, 5+ years of relevant experience, and HVAC knowledge; travel locally; EPA and NATE certifications are preferred; strong leadership and MS

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• P&L Management Experience with successful track record preferred.
• EPA Certification: Type I and Type II or Universal Preferred.
• NATE certification in first full year as Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes and interprets written or verbal reports, correspondence or proposals and blueprints.
• Assists employees in diagnosing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Prepares estimates and proposals.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Requisitions and keeps inventory of tools, equipment and materials.
• Directs employees engaged in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
• Inspects and monitors work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
