Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), part of Lennox International, seeks a Branch Manager to oversee maintenance, servicing and installation of commercial HVAC equipment. You will lead a small team, manage safety and productivity, and drive customer satisfaction while controlling labor and inventory costs.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience, and travel within the local market.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• P&L management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market on a regular basis; occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of employees engaged in maintaining, servicing and installing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ensure safety, labor productivity, inventory management and customer satisfaction.
• Direct and supervise four to ten employees; hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Analyze production and performance data to drive improvements.
• Maintain time and production records and ensure on-time arrival.
