Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) in California is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and coordinate teams delivering commercial HVAC maintenance, service and installations. You will drive safety, productivity, inventory control and on-time service across our branch operations.

The role requires an AA degree with 5+ years in HVAC or related fields, P&L management experience, and ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education required.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• P&L management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market on a regular basis; occasional overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes and interprets reports and blueprints.
• Directs employees in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
• Maintains safety training and enforces procedures.
• Monitors productivity and cost performance; drives improvements.
• Oversees inventory and schedules; ensures on-time arrival.
