Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee maintenance, servicing and installation of commercial HVAC systems. You will be responsible for safety, labor productivity, inventory, customer satisfaction, and on-time arrival while directing four to ten staff members.

The role requires an Associate Degree or equivalent, 5+ years of HVAC-related experience, and certification like NATE or EPA.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• Ability to travel locally; occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes and interprets reports, blueprints and proposals.
• Assists employees in diagnosing HVAC equipment.
• Prepares estimates and proposals.
• Reviews financial statements and productivity data to measure performance.
• Directs employees in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
