Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team that maintains, services and installs commercial HVAC equipment. You will oversee safety, productivity, inventory management and customer satisfaction while guiding 4–10 staff.

The role requires an AA degree or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience, and the ability to travel locally. The compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• P&L management experience with successful track record preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market on a regular basis; occasional overnight travel required.
• Ability to climb ladders; moderate lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes and interprets written or verbal reports, correspondence or proposals and blueprints.
• Directs employees engaged in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintains time and production records and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Supervises and develops four to ten employees; handles hiring and training per policy.
