Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), a part of Lennox International, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead HVAC service teams across the local market. You will oversee safety, productivity, inventory, and customer satisfaction while guiding four to ten employees in daily operations.

Required are an Associate degree, 5+ years in HVAC, and a proven P&L track record. Travel locally, climb ladders, and obtain EPA/NATE certifications within the first year.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge required.
• P&L management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market; occasional overnight travel.
• EPA Certification: Type I and Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification within first full year as Branch Manager.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and professional.
• MS Office proficiency (Word & Excel).
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes and interprets reports, blueprints, and proposals.
• Assists employees in diagnosing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Prepares estimates and proposals.
• Reviews financial statements and performance data to identify improvements.
• Directs installation, dismantling and assembly of equipment.
• Maintains safety training and enforces safety rules.
• Manages inventory and labor productivity to meet production schedules.
