Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee maintenance, servicing, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment. You will manage safety, productivity, inventory, and customer satisfaction while leading a team of four to ten employees.

The role requires an Associate Degree and 5+ years of related experience with HVAC know-how; travel in the local market; and certifications including NATE and EPA Type I/II or Universal. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• P&L management experience with a successful track record preferred.
• Travel locally on a regular basis; occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to climb ladders; moderate lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Must achieve NATE certification in first full year as Branch Manager.
• EPA Certification: Type I and Type II or Universal preferred.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and high-energy, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes, and interprets reports, blueprints, and proposals; directs staff accordingly.
• Diagnoses HVAC equipment and assists employees on-site.
• Prepares estimates and proposals for customers.
• Reviews financial statements and performance data to identify improvements and cost reductions.
• Manages inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Plans labor requirements and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Directs installation and service teams; ensures safety and compliance.
• Communicates company policies and safety rules to staff.
• Monitors work areas and trains employees on safety procedures.
