Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a team responsible for maintaining, servicing and installing commercial HVAC equipment. You will oversee safety, labor productivity, inventory control, and customer satisfaction across multiple offices in the region.

The role requires an Associate degree and 5+ years of related experience, with P&L oversight and travel in the local market. Competitive salary with bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• P&L management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets reports, blueprints, and proposals.
• Diagnoses HVAC equipment and guides technicians.
• Prepares estimates and proposals.
• Monitors productivity, safety, and compliance with procedures.
• Manages inventory and labor planning to meet schedules.
• Supervises and develops 4–10 employees; interviews and trains staff.
