Job summary

Lennox NAS, part of Lennox International, is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise 4–10 employees, oversee the maintenance, servicing and installation of commercial HVAC equipment, and drive safety, productivity and customer satisfaction across our branch.

This is a salaried exempt role with a salary range of $70,000–$80,000; annual and monthly bonuses are possible. Benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays and other perks.

Qualifications

• AA/associate degree or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• P&L management experience with successful track record preferred.
• Willingness to travel in local market; occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to climb ladders; moderate lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Computer skills; MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Must achieve NATE certification in first full year as Branch Manager.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Positive mental attitude, self-motivated, competitive, high energy.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes and interprets reports, blueprints and proposals.
• Directs employees in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
• Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports to measure productivity.
• Maintains inventory of tools and materials.
• Inspects safety training and ensures compliance with procedures.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Motivates staff to achieve performance goals.
