EMCOR Group in Kent, WA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure project invoicing is accurate and paid within guidelines set by the Credit & Collection Manager.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, review contracts for billing terms, collect on outstanding balances, and prepare lien releases as needed. Strong communication, Word/Excel proficiency, and diligent documentation are required.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in collections.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable in the use of Word and Excel.
• Good organization skills with the ability to follow up.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Project Managers to track monthly progress billings and prepare invoices.
• Review construction contracts for billing terms and ensure invoices are prepared accordingly.
• Work with subcontractors to obtain documentation supporting invoice packages, including lien releases.
• Assist in securing certified payroll reports from Mesa subcontractors.
• Prepare service invoices including maintenance contracts, T&M, and quoted work.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and make collection calls.
• Document all customer interactions and disputes; follow up promptly.
