Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 2 years in scheduling, billing, or related field; HVAC experience a plus.
• Skills: proficiency in Excel and strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices for HVAC (New Construction, Service and installations).
• Review work orders and service reports to ensure accurate billing.
• Process incoming payments and record them in the accounting system.
• Maintain and update customer billing records and account information.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to purchasing, scheduling, and billing.
• Coordinate and schedule HVAC services and installations for customers.
• Communicate scheduling details with customers and internal teams.
