Weare looking for a skilledAccounts Receivable Associatetoperform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks for the HVACdepartment. A successful AR associate should be familiar with basic businessaccounting procedures and have a flair for numbers to the point of reconcilingevery penny.
- Generateand distribute accurate invoices for HVAC (New Construction, Service andinstallations).
- Reviewwork orders and service reports to ensure accurate billing.
- Processincoming payments and record them in the accounting system.
- Maintainand update customer billing records and account information.
- Monitoraccounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timelypayments.
- Respondto customer inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Month-endand year-end closing processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Customer Service:
- Provideexcellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concernsrelated to purchasing, scheduling, and billing.
- Ensurea positive customer experience by maintaining clear and professionalcommunication.
- Answerincoming Service calls as needed and coordinate and schedule HVAC servicesand installations for customers.
- Workclosely with the dispatcher and Service Manager to align schedules withproject requirements.
- Communicatescheduling details and changes to customers and internal teams promptly.
- Maintainand update the service schedule in the company’s management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education:Highschool diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in businessadministration, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Experience:2years of related experience in scheduling, billing, or a related field;experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiencyin accounting and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) as well as ourproprietary software program.
- Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellentcommunication and customer service skills.
- Attentionto detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strongproblem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accountingprocedures including GAAP
- Bilingualis a plus
- Communication:Clearand professional communication with suppliers, customers, and internalteams.
