Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related technical discipline.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• High degree of collaboration and team-first mindset.
• 1–2 years of hands-on HVAC/mechanical systems experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales to streamline workflows and elevate client satisfaction.
• Review design plans and use software to build tailored HVAC configurations.
• Develop technical proposals with precise pricing, specs, and layouts.
• Oversee full-cycle order management with manufacturers for on-time delivery.
• Establish order-tracking systems to identify and resolve delays.
• Compile submittal packets detailing site specs and maintenance manuals.
• Facilitate training sessions for clients and operations teams.
