The position offers advancement into technical sales, engineering support, and account management within a growing team. Strong communication skills and HVAC product knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the HVAC manufacturing space.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC products and materials.
• Prior experience working in a sales or customer support role for contractors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to engineers, contractors, and distributors via phone and email.
• Assist with system design, product selection, and equipment sizing
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and availability information.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions via webcast.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards
• Other duties as assigned.
