Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support via phone and email to internal and external sales teams.
• Assist with product selection and application in customer inquiries.
• Develop and communicate basic solutions for standard product applications.
• Document field issues and service calls to capture product questions.
• Present training sessions to customers and internal staff, on-site or off-site.
