Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical application support via phone and e-mail for internal and external sales teams.
• Quote and design special product configurations and pricing.
• Develop and deliver application trainings for customers and internal teams.
• Gather information and resolve complex field issues; may require onsite support.
• Maintain knowledge of industry codes and standards to determine product needs.
• Highlight selling points of current products to sales teams and customers.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate them to the team.
• Build rapport across a rep network and sales channel; may mentor others.
