Job summary

Greenheck Group in Wisconsin is seeking an Applications Engineer to provide advanced technical application support, quote special designs, and contribute to product roadmap. The role builds rapport across the rep network and sales channel, with opportunities for travel to onsite customer locations.

You will develop training programs for internal and external customers, communicate solutions for unique applications, and help highlight key selling points of our HVAC products.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support via phone and e-mail for internal and external sales in product selection and application.
• Develop solutions for unique applications including design and special pricing.
• Gather information and resolve complex field problems; travel for onsite support when needed.
