Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking an Application Engineer II/SR to provide advanced technical application support, quote special designs, and contribute to product roadmap. This role will develop training programs for internal and external customers and build strong relationships across the rep network and sales channel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical application support via phone and email for internal and external sales in product selection and application.
• Develop and communicate solutions for unique applications including design and special pricing.
• Gather information and provide resolution to complex field problems.
• Develop, organize and present trainings to internal and external customers both onsite and offsite.
• Build rapport and relationships across rep network and sales channel.

Education

Associate Degree in engineering

Bachelor Degree preferred
