Greenheck Group is seeking an Application Engineer to provide technical support and design assistance for customers and internal teams. You will quote special product designs and present application training to customers and sales staff.

The role requires a basic understanding of rep networks and sales channels, with opportunities to travel for onsite support and contribute to process improvements while growing within an award-winning culture.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support via phone and email for internal and external salespeople in areas of product selection and application.
• Develop and communicate solutions for basic product applications under direct supervision.
• Gather information and provide resolution to complex field problems.
• May include travel for onsite support.
• Understand and interpret industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements.
• Assist with highlighting and communicating key selling points of current products to sales teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement where applicable.
• Organize and present trainings to internal and external customers onsite and offsite.
