Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, is seeking an experienced engineer to join our team. You will support customers and internal teams by solving complex technical issues and developing tailored solutions across our product lines.

The role may involve travel for diagnostics and field support. You’ll contribute to product roadmaps, engage with industry standards, mentor colleagues, and lead training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Engineering experience of 6–9 years required.
• Associate degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist product support team via phone and email on complex technical issues.
• Develop solutions for unique applications including design and pricing.
• May travel to resolve field problems requiring diagnostics.
• Participate in industry codes and standard committees.
• Highlight selling points to sales teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them.
• Analyze competition to strengthen market position.
• Develop and present trainings for internal/external customers and trade associations.
• Lead offsite events and organize customer interactions.
• Provide input to leadership for strategic planning.
