Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, is seeking an Application Engineer to provide advanced technical support, quote specialized designs, and develop training programs for customers and internal teams.

The role builds rapport across the rep network and sales channel, with responsibilities including problem solving, process improvements, and occasional onsite support. A hybrid work model applies after an onsite training period.

Qualifications

• 2 years or less of engineering experience required.
• 2-year Associate Degree in engineering required.
• 4-year Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical application support via phone and email.
• Quote special designs and assist in product selection and application.
• Develop and deliver internal and external training on applications.
• Gather information and resolve complex field issues; may require travel.
• Maintain knowledge of industry codes and standards related to products.
