Thermal Concepts, LLC is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts within its Hunter Mechanical division. You will build strong relationships with commercial HVAC customers, manage proposals, and coordinate pricing and scheduling with dispatch and sales teams.

You will identify growth opportunities, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• CRM experience preferred.
• HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial HVAC customers.
• Manage recommendation sheets and minor repair proposals.
• Obtain pricing and availability to prepare repair proposals and quotes.
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and proposals to help close sales.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re-engage inactive customers.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure work is scheduled and fulfilled properly.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer and operational issues.
• Provide customers with updates regarding their projects and service needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and communication records in the CRM.
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and account updates.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with operations and logistics.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collections when needed.
• Work closely with technicians, coordinators, management, and other internal teams.
