Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical Company in Tampa, FL is seeking an Account Manager to prepare and deliver presentations for commercial equipment and services to prospective customers.

You will quote jobs, answer questions, grow revenue in the assigned territory, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires HVAC industry experience, sales skills, and proficiency with MS Office; some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.
• Sales experience, preferably in HVAC Sales.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Quote jobs and projects for accounts, and provide to customers in a timely manner.
• Answer questions from the customers about their systems and setup.
• Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory.
• Generate sales in assigned territory.
• Maintain productive relationships with existing customers.
• Presents himself in a professional and respectable manner to the customer and assists them with HVAC needs.
• May need to assist technicians in the field; work on various HVAC equipment.
• Utilize Salesforce to keep updated records of customer history.
