Job summary

HVH Mechanical Partners is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own key customer relationships and grow HVH’s presence in the HVAC market. You’ll learn customer facilities, priorities, and future needs, turning relationships into long-term partnerships.

You will collaborate with Service, Operations, Estimating, Sales, and Accounting to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Serve as a trusted contact for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities for service, repairs, upgrades, and projects.
• Prepare and present proposals and pricing, and solutions.
• Collaborate with Service, Operations, Estimating, Sales and Accounting.
• Monitor account activity and follow up on open items.
• Represent HVH to drive new business and growth.
