Job summary

Dashiell Corporation is seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead turnkey high voltage substations and transmission/ distribution projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, safety, and budget, coordinating with purchasing and multiple project teams from initiation to completion.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, 10+ years in relevant fields, and a strong track record in budgets and group leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• Professional Registration is preferred.
• 10 years experience in the design, construction, or operations of substations and/or transmission lines is required.
• 10 years of experience in the supervision/management of budgets and work groups is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the cost, schedule, safety, quality and completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate work with Purchasing to ensure expedited material for construction projects.
• Manage multiple project teams.
• Prepare and maintain cash flows, monthly billing, and change orders for assigned projects.
• Prepare and maintain monthly construction progress reports and re-projections.
