Job summary

Dashiell, part of Quanta Services, seeks a Field Supervisor based in Minneapolis, MN. You will oversee field testing, commissioning, and maintenance across multiple projects, manage schedules, budgets, and revenue targets, and ensure safety and quality in all client engagements.

The role may involve hands-on electrical testing and strong collaboration with Project Managers and engineering teams. Travel and on-site leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in electrical field or related technical discipline.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in high-voltage testing and commissioning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Field Service projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Monitor project financials and protect margins.
• Plan field crew resources and equipment across projects.
• Provide technical direction and feedback to field staff.
• Enforce safety, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements.
• Lead testing/commissioning of power apparatus and station systems.
• Review test reports and commissioning documentation for accuracy.
