Job summary

Dashiell, part of Quanta Services, seeks a Field Supervisor to lead multi-project field testing, commissioning, and maintenance efforts from Atlanta, GA. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations while directing field crews and ensuring safety and quality across concurrent engagements.

The role requires 7+ years in HV testing, strong technical and leadership skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in high-voltage electrical testing and commissioning.
• Ability to supervise field crews and manage multiple projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (NFPA 70E/OSHA).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple concurrent Field Service projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Maintain accountability for revenue, margins, and project profitability; take corrective actions as needed.
• Plan resources, equipment, and materials across projects to meet schedules.
• Represent the Field Services department in client meetings with professionalism.
• Provide direction, training, and feedback to field staff; contribute to workforce development.
• Review and approve test reports and commissioning documentation.
