Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, is seeking a Field Supervisor based in Deer Park, TX to oversee field testing, commissioning, and maintenance across multiple projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, revenue targets, ensure safety and client satisfaction, and may perform hands-on electrical testing as required.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate's in electrical engineering or related field, 7+ years HV testing and commissioning experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field; 2 years for Associate, 4 years for Bachelor.
• 7+ years in high-voltage electrical testing and commissioning with supervisory/project management capability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning: protective relays, power apparatus, circuit breakers, cables, station aux systems, full system commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with scope, schedule, budget, and revenue accountability.
• Experience in field crew management, resource planning, and workforce development.
• Strong ability to read electrical drawings and safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple concurrent Field Service projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
• Manage project financials, revenue, and margins; take corrective actions as needed.
• Plan and allocate field crew resources, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, ensuring professional communication and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical direction and performance feedback to field staff; support hiring decisions.
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards on all projects.
• Review and approve test reports and commissioning documentation.
• Perform electrical testing and commissioning activities as required.
• Travel as needed; hold a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
