CSG Talent is partnering with a global leader in innovative building technology to recruit an ambitious Territory Manager. This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional who will own a territory, open doors, and build a pipeline from the ground up across key metropolitan markets.

The successful candidate will manage long-cycle opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and drive early engagement to influence projects before decisions are made.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development and hunter mentality.
• Experience building a territory from the ground up.
• Ability to develop relationships with senior decision-makers across CRE and construction ecosystems.
• Strong communications to educate customers on highly technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan across metropolitan markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, building owners, investors, architects, consultants and contractors.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of long-cycle sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the commercial real estate and construction sectors.
• Educate customers on the benefits of a technically advanced building solution and translate concepts into commercial value.
• Drive early-stage engagement to influence projects before purchasing decisions.
• Generate opportunities via prospecting, networking, and industry events.
• Manage the full sales process from opportunity to negotiation and award.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor market activity and emerging opportunities within the territory.
• Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings.
